I can't log in
Make sure you are using the same method (Email or GitHub) you used to sign up. If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot password" option on the login screen.
I lost my streak
The streak resets if you don't complete an exercise before midnight (local time). If you think it was a sync error, contact us.
Bug or error in the app
Try logging out and back in. If the problem persists, reinstall the application. If nothing works, send us an email with details.
